So don’t waste your time in lockdown! With the world on pause we have an amazing opportunity to use this time to learn a new skill, develop yourself, do inner work, reflect on what sort of world we want to create when this is all over or even just do something you’ve always wanted to do but never had the time for.
Yoga is an ideal way to exercise at home and has many physical and mental benefits. Yoga relieves stress and anxiety and calms the nervous system, which is especially invaluable at the present time. Yoga, and especially pranayama, also improves respiration, energy and vitality. So it’s not surprising that so many people are taking up yoga during this time.
