0530 hrs arrival at Chittaurgarh Railway Station, visit Chittaurgarh Fort. 0900 hrs departure for Udaipur. Breakfast on Board. Arrival 1215 hrs at Udaipur. On arrival transfer to hotel for lunch. After Lunch visit the City Palace & city for shopping of handicraft items. 1750 hrs Dep. for Mehsana. Dinner on board.

Day 03 :
0645 hrs arrival at Mehsana. Visit several places of tourist interest like sun temple, ran ki vav & patola weaving institute. 1115 hrs dep. for Ahemdabad. 1245 hrs arrival at Ahmedabad. Visit Adlai Step-well, the Calico Museum of textiles, the Gandhi Ashram and the Siddi Sayyad Mosque. Evening tour of city for shopping spree. 2015 hrs dep. for Sasan Gir. Dinner on board.

Day 04 :
Arrival 800 hrs at Sasan Gir. Visit Lion Sacturay after early breakfast on Board. This wildlife park is set in the midst of hilly terrain and is covered with a wide variety of vegetation. You also have the option to go on a tour to Somnath. 1115 hrs dep for Delwada. Lunch on board, 1300 hrs arrival at Delwada. Visit places like Mandvi Beach, Ahmedpur and excursions to the St. Paul's church and the Diu Fort. The Royal Orient leaves for the next destination at 2000 hours. Dinner on board.

Day 05 :
0745 hrs arrival Palitana, Breakfast on Board. Visit Jain Temples a top Shatrunjaya Hills & other religious shrines dedicated to Hindu deities. 1200 hrs Dep. for Sarkhej. Lunch on Board. 1935 Hrs arrival Sarkhej. Visit Vishalla village. Dinner at hotel. 2230 hrs dep. for Udaipur.

Day 06 :
0715 hrs arrival at Udaipur. Breakfast on Board. Visit Kumbhalgarh Fort. After your sightseeing tour you came back to the hotel and have lunch. After lunch the tour package includes a tour of the Shilpgram Crafts Village. 2000 hrs dep. for Jaipur. Dinner on board.

Day 07 :
0750 hrs arrival at Jaipur. Breakfast on board. Visit of Amer Fort and an Elephant ride via Hawa Mahal. Lunchat Hotel. Visit City Palace and Jantar Mantar (Observatory). 2155 Hrs Dep. for Delhi. Dinner on Board.

Day 08 :
0700 hrs arrival at Delhi cantonment railway station.


Palace on wheel is a luxury train where all can experience a royal train journey visiting various exotic locations of incredible India. The name "Palace-on-Wheels" was derived from its royal back-ground of the coaches. A new meter gauge air conditioned Palace-on-Wheels was introduced in 1984 & had 13 Saloons, 2 Restaurant cum Kitchen car, one Bar cum Lounge and 4 Service Cars. In order to further increase the amenities on the train and due to over all gauge conversion in the state, a new broad gauge Palace-on-Wheels has been constructed. & has been running since 1996. Each carriage decorated in the distinctive style of a regional Maharaja. See the colorful state of Rajasthan in its entire splendor and the Taj Mahal at Agra. A celebration of everything that is beautiful, a journey into the past on a luxury train. This fully air conditioned train includes two restaurant coaches and a bar coach with an attached library. Each bedroom has an attached bath with running hot/cold water and showers, among many other amenities.

After lunch, pick up from Hotel & drop at the Delhi Cant railway station for Check in. Dep at 1830 hrs for Jaipur. Dinner onboard the Palace on Wheels.

Day 02 : Jaipur
0200 hrs arrival at Jaipur. Breakfast on board. 0830 hrs Dep. from coach for sightseeing Hawa Mahal, Amber Palace, Jantar Mantar(observatory), Elephant ride, shopping at State handicrafts Emporium. Lunch at Rambagh Palace. In the evening return to Palace on wheels. 1930 hrs dep. for Jaisalmer. Dinner on board.

Day 03 : Jaisalmer
Breakfast onboard. 0815 hrs arrival at the 12th century city of Jaisalmer dominated by its sandstone fort of 99 bastions. Visit the exquisitely carved havelis and palaces with their latticed windows, balconies, cupolas and facades. 1400 hrs returned to Palace On Wheels for Lunch (rest after lunch). 1700 hrs dep. from coach for Sand Dunes & Camel ride. Experience the famed camel safaris. Later enjoy a feast of Rajasthani cuisine accompanied by music and folk dancing. 2000 hrs Dinner on board. 2300 hrs Departure for Jodhpur.

Day 04 : Jodhpur
0700 hrs arrival at Jodhpur. Breakfast onboard. The Mehrangarh Fort is all-pervasive in this 15th century city. Visit this magnificent fort and Jaswant Thada, a royal cenotaph close by. Lunch is served at the Umaid Bhawan Palace-the royal residence-a part of which is now a hotel. 1445 hrs return to Palace on wheels. 1530 hrs departure for Sawai Madhopur. Dinner on board.

Day 05 : Sawai Madhopur Tiger Reserve / Chittorgarh
0400 hrs arrival at Sawai Madhopur. Welcome to the tranquility of Sawai Madhopur and the beautiful 10th century fort of Ranthambhor. Surrounded by the Ranthambore National Park, a Project Tiger reserve. 1030 hrs departure for Chittorgarh. Lunch on board. 1600 hrs Arrival at Chittorgarh fort. Sightseeing of Chittorgarh Fort. Return to Palace on wheel. Dinner on board. Overnight onboard.

Day 06 : Chittorgarh / Udaipur
Breakfast onboard. 0800 hrs departure for Udaipur by Coach. Sightseeing of Udaipur. Lunch at Lake Palace Hotel. 1700 hrs Departure for Palace on Wheels. 1930 hrs arrival at Chittorgarh. 2000 hrs Departure for Bharatpur/Agra. Dinner onboard.

Day 07 : Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary/Fatehpur Sikri/Agra
0630 hrs arrival at Bharatpur. Breakfast onboard. Visit to bird sanctuary. 0915 hrs departure for Fatehpur Sikri by coach. 1130 hrs returned to Palace on Wheels. 1145 hrs departure for Agra. Lunch onboard. 1430 hrs arrival at Agra. Visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort. 1900 hrs returned to Palace On Wheels for evening tea. 2000 hrs Dinner at a hotel & returned to Palace On Wheels. 2300 hrs departure for Delhi Cantt.

Arrival in Delhi at 0600 hrs in the morning. Breakfast onboard. Check out.
