  2. Proper Diet : The food we eat greatly affects the way we think. Improper nutrition can sometimes cause mental inefficiency and hinder our capabilities to achieve self-awareness. A healthy diet should be able to nourish both the mind and the body.
  3. Correct Breathing : This next yoga principle involves can be achieved though deep, slow and regular breathing. Correct breathing utilizes all part of the lungs to increase oxygen intake. To achieve this we need to regulate the duration and length of inhaling, exhaling and retaining air in our lungs.
  4. Proper Exercise : This yoga principle is based upon the idea that our physical body is designed to move and exercise. The correct form of exercise in yoga is achieved through different form of postures and stretches. These exercises tone our muscles, regulate blood flow and enhance the flexibility of our spine. Yoga poses, also known as Asnas.
  5. Meditation and Positive Thinking : Meditation can relax the mind and the body. It also helps remove negative thoughts from our mind. Thus, purifying us from stress and other worldly thoughts that we might have.

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival our representative will see you and transferred to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi
In morning take a city tour covering places in New Delhi like Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House etc. In the afternoon take a city tour of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Gandhi memorial. Also enjoy the sound & light show in the evening at Red Fort. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh
Morning transfer to station to catch Shatabadi Express to Haridwar. On arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour followed by grand viewing of Ashrams, some of which are internationally recognized as centre of Philosophical studies, Yoga and Meditation. A few of the ashrams in and around Rishikesh are Mahesh Yogi Ashram at Muni Ki Reti, Parmarth Niketan, Swarg Ashram, Ved Niketan Yoga Study Center, Shanti Kunj Maa Anand Mai ashram.
Arrive and check in into one of the Ashram. Afternoon is to be spent on briefing of day routine.

Day 04-07 : Rishikesh (Ashram or Resort as per requirement)
A Typical day At Ashram 05.30 A.M. to 06.30 A.M. Meditation classes, 07.00 A.M. to 08.00 A.M. Yoga class, 08.15 A.M. Breakfast, 12.00 Noon Lunch, 5.00 A.M. to 15.45 A.M. Lecture, 16.00 P.M. Tea, 16.30 P.M. to 19.00 P.M. Yoga & Meditation Classes, 19.30 P.M. Dinner.

Day 08 : Rishikesh - Shivpuri
Morning drive to Shivpuri, arrive & check in Nature camp resort. After a welcome drink & acclimatization briefing about the whole schedule. Late afternoon jungle walk in the reserve forest around the Nature Camp Resort. Campfire followed by dinner & overnight stay.

Day 09 : Shivpuri
Early morning wake up for a Yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After yogic breakfast drive to Byasi / Kaudiyala to start the rafting up to Shivpuri. Arrive Byasi briefing on safety, raft manoeuvring, team spirit etc. Rafting from Byasi to Shipuri. Free time for own activities. Evening meditation and relaxation followed by campfire & dinner at camp.

Day 10 : Shivpuri
Early morning wake up for one and half hour drive to Hindolakhal, arrive and start trek to Kunjapuri. The one hour trek goes through thick forest till we reach the top i.e Kunjapuri. After exploring the area for some time join the class for Asanas, relaxation & meditation. Witness the sunrise on Greater Himalayan peaks and afterwards trace your steps back to Nature camp resort. Free time for own activities. After lunch drive to Chilla for a wildlife Safari. Arrive Chilla, briefing on jungle discipline, animal behaviour & low impact eco friendly outdoors. Drive back to Nature camp resort for Dinner & night halt.

Day 11 : Shivpuri - Delhi
Early morning advance yoga class with question answer session helping in assessment of change in personality during the course. After breakfast we raft down from the Shivpuri to Rishikesh assessing leadership qualities, team spirit and training for rescue. Lunch at Brahampuri. In the evening you will be transferred to station to connect train to Delhi. On arrival check in into hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 : Delhi
Transfer to the airport to catch International Flight.

Kerala Ayurvedic & Yoga Tour 1

Duration : 07 Nights / 08 Days
Places Covered : Trivandrum - Kovalam - Trivandrum

Day 01 : Trivandrum - Kovalam
Arrival welcome at the Trivandrum International airport and escort you to the Ayurvedic Resort. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02 : Kovalam
In the early morning session on yoga and meditation where you will be briefed about yoga and meditation. After breakfast enjoy an Ayurvedic massage. In the afternoon visit of Trivandrum City. Overnight in the resort at Kovalam.

Day 03 : Kovalam
Morning with a lesson on Yoga and Meditation. After breakfast enjoy an Ayurvedic massage. The afternoon is at leisure. In the evening visit Kalari(the traditional martial art of Kerala) health and body care center. Overnight in the resort at Kovalam.

Day 04 : Kovalam
A session on Yoga and Meditation in the morning. After breakfast enjoy Ayurvedic massage. In the afternoon visit to a traditional kerala home for lunch. Overnight in the resort at Kovalam.

Day 05 : Kovalam
Morning with a lesson on Yoga and Meditation. After breakfast enjoy an Ayurvedic massage. In evening proceed on a boat cruise to Thiruvallam backwaters. Overnight in the resort at Kovalam.

Day 06 : Kovalam
A session on Yoga and Meditation in early morning. After breakfast enjoy Ayurvedic massage. Rest of the day is at leisure. You can take a stroll down the beach. Overnight in the resort at Kovalam.

Day 07 : Kovalam
Start you day with a session on Yoga and Meditation. After breakfast enjoy Ayurvedic massage. Day at leisure. In the evening visit to Kanyakumari (Cape Comorin) to enjoy the beauty of the setting sun. Overnight in the resort at Kovalam.

Day 08 : Kovalam - Trivandrum
After breakfast our representative meet you and take the feedback of the tour & Later in time transfer to the Trivandrum Intl airport to take a flight back home.

Day 01 : Mumbai
Arrival welcome at airport & transfer to hotel. Half day city tour of Mumbai. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02 : Mumbai - Cochin - Periyar
Catch flight for Cochin in the morning. After reaching Cochin drive to Periyar (180 kms). Upon arrival check-in at Spice Village Resort Visit Ayurvedic doctor ("Vaidya") for consultation. Overnight at Resort.

Day 03-08 : Periyar - Ayurvedic Therapy at Spice Village
Six days Ayurvedic Therapy/course which include consultation from Ayurvedic doctor, guidance regarding the diet , guidance regarding personal care, herbal massages, steam baths & yoga. we can assure you that you will come out totally relaxed and a great feeling of wellness. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09 : Periyar - Cochin
After morning breakfast, will visit the periyar wildlife sanctuary which is famous for it’s lake & wild elephants. After lunch drive to Cochin. Check-in at Hotel. Overnight at hotel..

Day 10 : Cochin – Mumbai
Transfer to the airport to catch the flight for Mumbai & onwards flight to back home from Mumbai.
