Wonderful location and apartment! We stayed here for a month while working remotely and it was perfect. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, the bedrooms were spacious, and the location was the best of both worlds–a quiet neighborhood but very close to the river, restaurants, and downtown. The hosts were very responsive to our questions as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! – Katherine

Great stay at Perry’s place. Short walking distance to downtown and many amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) are even closer. It’s cozy but very livable with a small kitchen area that’s good enough to put together a simple meal. My favorite part was probably the private back porch area, such a relaxing place to take a break from the WFH day. – Michael

Carol’s place is the perfect jumping-off spot to exploring Asheville by car or foot. I walked everywhere from this location from the Omni Grove Resort, Biltmore Village, downtown, grocery stores, etc. It was extremely comfortable for me and my family over the Thanksgiving weekend. The beds are comfortable and the open concept kitchen & living room make spending time together easy. It was a wonderful place to discover Asheville and being around the corner from the Chamber of Commerce Visitor Centre was super. I would recommend this unit, especially if being downtown is a desire… one bridge away! – Sharon
